Play by TR, later called Caesars Rewards, is Caesars Entertainment’s global customer rewards program designed for regulars of Caesars gaming and resort destinations around the U.S. The digital team at Caesars Entertainment initially approached Chaotic Moon Studios in 2013 to build the flagship version of this app experience. After the success of the app, we were approached two more times, once in 2015 and again in 2016, for strategic product updates.  I led the design team in taking on that final version where the team completely reenvisioned the product’s experience based on new features, enhances to overall user experience, and reimagined visual designs.
